Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Go to My Account > Order History to initiate the return or directly contact us at info@willitsports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*For returns due to reasons other than defective, such as sizing errors, ordering duplicates, or color preferences, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us.
*For orders originally eligible for Free Shipping, a $5.00/unit restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we do not charge any additional fees. You can opt for a different color/size within the same style as the item you're returning. Your exchange order will be processed once the returned product is back in stock.
Refunds
We will process the refund once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Please note the original shipping and handling will not be refunded.
